« We requested 2 more pillows twice and never brought up to us. There was no iron or ironing board. »

« Had to wait 10 mins for clerk to come out and check us in. She was still buttoning up her pants and fixing her belt in front of everyone. Room was nice and clean but the lights and noise from outside was so loud and bright in the room. It sounded like the window was open but they do not open. »

« Of all of the hotels I stayed at on my short 9 day vacation...this one was the best. Well maintained, friendly staff, very clean and well serviced room ( no light bulbs out). They had an excellent breakfast included in the cost of this hotel room. A huge selling point for travellers. They provided free snacks... Chocolate chip cookies plus a cup of buttery twist pretzels ( give me the name brand, I will buy them) and a lemon ice water...plus... After 5:00pm they served a delicious corn chowder...

« At check-in, the desk clerk, Sharon was very helpful. I had an silly request and she made sure my room was at ground level and had a parking spot right outside my window so that I could keep an eye on my new motorcycle. »

« Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast at the bakery next-door. It is an exterior entrance kinda place. However we felt very safe. Very nice for the money »

« There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hotel lobby and in my room. Once I turned the AC off, it seemed to be better. The room was dead bolted from the outside and I wasn’t told that I needed to go through the hallway first in order to be able to access the room from the courtyard. The hotel is very outdated but clean. It kind of adds to the “charm” in a way but some people might not like that. »

« After I booked this hotel for one night, I noticed that some of the reviews were not great, and I wondered if I had made a mistake. I have no idea why the reviews are not totally stellar! Glendive is a small town in Eastern Montana far away from most things, although with a nice setting in the Montana Badlands. This is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel in the middle of nowhere -- what's to complain about? My room was large, comfortable, clean and modern and everything worked. A solid...
