'Air conditioner was great. Room was a little dirty as was the chair but bedding looked clean as was the bathroom. '

'Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.'

'The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. '

'theres no kitchen, a refrig and micro, i parked near the stairs and was left a note in the am that im not to park there and i will be towed, this was my first night. the doors dont close properly, security is an issue'
