'Room was hot, one tiny window opened on the wall of windows. If you have to take your clothes off, you have to draw the heavy curtain over the window which is suffocating. If you want the window open for air, anyone outside the room can see you in bed. They should either put in a heat pump or find some other way to cool or put fresh air in the room without affecting privacy. I ended up forfeiting my $ there and went to get a room in another hotel. 'I really, really, really enjoyed my stay at Casa Encantada! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet which makes it easier to sleep, and the room was fantastic! Breakfast is served on the rooftop were Edgar will take care of you and I highly recommend the pancakes; I had them almost every morning they were that good. The room was VERY clean, well decorated, and the bathroom was also really nice! A/C and a ceiling fan were in the room and the bed was very comfortable....
