'Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer'

'It is not a fancy place by any means, but compared to other hotels in this price range in the Syracuse area it is really quite nice! I stayed here a week and for the price it was excellent. It is clean. It is convenient. The grounds are nice and they actually provide a decent breakfast. I have been living out of a suitcase in the Syracuse area a lot recently for work and tried quite a few of the less expensive options - and this one is the nicest so far.'

Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. 'Pet fee was extremely high, almost the price of what I paid for the room anyway. Pool was not available for use. Room a/c was not functional, we were hot all night long. Breakfast was average but was nice to have. Would be a nice place to stay if these issues were addressed.'
