'The pictures on the website were not what we experienced during our stay. On the pictures the apartment appears to be in good state, clean, not too old and the descriptions makes it appear to be well equipped. The sleeping rooms are on the top level and basement. The living room is in the basement in a dark corner where it is not really inviting to sit down. Stairs are all over and the wood is not made in a way where it is safe for young children. There are plenty of dishes but limited cooking...

'The place was dirty upon arrival. The house smelled of smoke and mold. The beds had hair, dirt and bugs. The kitchen utensils were not cleaned. The hallway floor was coming up and it couldn’t be fixed. The shower drains did not drain properly. Maintenance and cleaning couldn’t come for 24 hours. They couldn’t rectify all of the issues and offered minimal compensation for the problems.
