'Highland Dell is a lovely old lodge overlooking the beautiful Russian River. The host were friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend dining at the restaurant. Our schnitzel was excellent and the house-made apple strudel is unsurpassed! I keep thinking about it. The breakfast included with the room is the best, by far, I have had at a hotel. Try the pastries. The rooms are VERY small, but nice, like in the old days when people didn't have as much stuff. Get over it....

'We had a wonderful stay at The Grape Leaf Inn. The breakfast and fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious, we enjoyed a short walk to the square to go out to dinner, and the free wine tasting at their several wineries in the Dry Creek area was an added bonus!! We were here for our 25th anniversary. The first time we stayed here was over 25 years ago. It’s been many years since we’ve been back, but enjoyed it here just as much as when we first came here.
