'Hotel and room were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. On site bar was convenient.'

'Exactly what you would expect from a four seasons hotel. Fantastic, all the way around!'

'This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people.'

'I would stay here again.'

'It was a great hotel with lovely service, clean rooms, good water pressure, extremely hot water available, soft towels, and helpful staff. The only problems I had were that the parking garage was a block over from the hotel so anytime we wanted to go anywhere, we had to walk to the next street over. 'Convenient and a great hotel. Good amenities.'

'Redelijk hitel.

'Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!'

'The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. We were traveling with two 12-year-old boys and were very disappointed. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad....

'Rooms old, and a bit noisy but that was expected from such an historical building. Like a museum. Great staff and great location.'

'AAAA'

'Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location when you want to stay inside the city!'
