Most places list this on the main description which allows travelers to decide if the property or owners are being reasonable with their rules/requests or if the travelers should continue looking for a place with less rules. « We loved just about everything about this property. We were a 7 minute drive from Emerald Isle Beach and our host had told us about free parking, we had bikes and kayaks available and lots of space close by to use them, a nice back yard with yard games etc to use. The kitchen was ready to use and even though we had 5 kids and 2 adults staying and the space could have felt tight, there was outdoor dining space and the bunk beds accommodated all of our kids and were so comfortable. « The first couple days we noticed there were some shortcomings with the listing such as missing items that were listed as supplied, but not there. The previous guests left trash out by the street and there were items of trash throughout the backyard that needed to be picked up, so our dog would not eat them. The gas grill needs to be replaced and when we got there and went to use the grill the first night the gas tank was empty. The communication with the host was respectable. Missing beach...
