'This hotel was is favourite place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Trang took the best care of us. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay and time in Hanoi. The hotel is recently renovated with really nice spacious rooms and excellent sound proofing. It’s a great location for walking around the old quarter. Highly recommend! '

'Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money '

'ホテルは立地もよくとてもゴージャスで部屋も毎日丁寧に掃除してくれましたため快適に過ごせました。心配していた騒音も窓を閉めれば全く問題がありませんでした。チェックインで対応してくれたJellyは日本語が話せて会うたびに笑顔で迎えてくれてとても心地よかったです。朝食ブッフェも内容が毎日異なるため飽きることなく、特にホテル特製のスパイシーソースは買って帰りたいくらい美味しかったです！ ルーフトップバーの景色も綺麗でスタッフのLyanはジョークを言いながら楽しませてくれて最高の時間でした。ホテル送迎を利用しましたが車は清潔でとてもスムーズでした。季節的に少し涼しくなってきていたのでプールには入ることができなかったので次回は夏に行ってプールも体験したいです！'

'ホテルは周辺にレストランなどが多く、立地はとても便利だと思います。ノイバイ空港からはGrabタクシーでおよそ50分弱、料金は日本円で約2,500円でした。 ホテルは大通りに面していないため、窓を閉めれば室内はかなり静かです。スタッフの方々も非常に親切で、英語と日本語の両方で対応してくださるので、わからないことがあっても安心して相談できます。 今回は滞在中、屋上の露天風呂を利用する時間が取れなかったのが残念でしたが、次回宿泊する際にはぜひ利用してみたいと思っています。 '

'Spend 2 nights in Splendid Holiday. At arrival we got some travel advice from the reception staff. She speaks really good english! Location is perfect, in the heart of Hoan Kiem and everything on walking distance. Room was really good, but a lilttle bit over-priced for what you get. Bathroom is really small. 'The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property.
