'The hotel itself was clean and nice, so no issues with the room. The problem was the front desk experience. We had a night out in DC and chose not to drink and drive, so we booked and paid for a room ahead of time. When I (female) went to check in, I was told I couldn’t because of the time—even though the room was already paid for. Then my boyfriend went in right after me and had no issue getting the keys. The front desk worker, who appeared to be a gay male, was noticeably rude and dismissive...

'Climate control in the room wasn’t able to maintain temp. Even on cool, temp continued to rise to 82-83 degrees. Called the front desk after struggling for a hour, but no solution. Finally just turned it off and the room cooled a bit. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.'

'My family’s experiance was pretty good. The only negatives was the beds were so uncomfortable and it took us a while to get used to the elevators, they don’t have floor numbers inside. Also you cannot get dropped off in front of the hotel. You have to get dropped off by the turnaround. The entrance is little hidden within buildings.'
