'This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home'

'Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again'

'Een oud hotel. Kamer was niet echt schoon. Vieze plekken op oud tapijt en vuil in de vensterbank. Bedden waren wel schoon. '

'Clean facilities'

'Clean room with a small kitchenette and microwave and cutlery. Always handy if you don’t want to go out for dinner. Staff always friendly and welcoming. And love that you can park your car in front of your room. We stay here often and it’s always been good.'

'A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special. Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5.'

'Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious.'

'Een fantastisch verblijf. Ruime kamers. En het zwembad op het dakterras is amazing! Vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie. '

'Ok for a night'

'Very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent.'

'We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.'

'Parking was easy and secure'

'Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

'It just wasn’t clean or all that secure. But the staff were very nice and there were plenty of great unclean amenities making it good value.'
