'We liked how helpful and accommodating all the staff were. Only issue we had was regarding maid service. Our sheets were never changed and I’m not sure our room was vacuumed while we were there. Prior to this visit we were very happy with our stay. This time our room just didn’t feel clean despite receiving fresh towels.'

'First for the negative. Had a nice view of the pool, room 208, but was obscured by filthy windows. Most of the dirt and grime on the outside. Since its probably tough to reach from the pool level up I can see how it would be difficult to maintain but you still need to clean at least monthly. Had a few rips in the lampshade by the bed, the outside blanket on the bed had a couple small holes in them and the door hinges in the bathroom are all starting to rust and needs to be addressed.
