'We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...

'My husband and I had a very nice stay at Comfort Siutes in Ramsey, Mn. Great location for our trip and parking wasnt a problem at all. Stacie at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming upon checking in. Our room was very nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very quiet and had a very restful night. We would definitely stay here again!'

'They are remodeling, so you wouldn't expect it to look excellent. The Pillows were awful, no matter how many you used. The Staff was great!'

'While the lobby and front desk staff make a great first impression, the guest rooms are in a significant state of disrepair. The outside backdoor window was broken and the secure door was bent, as if attempts to gain entry were made. My room featured a door that didn't align properly with the frame, raising additional safety concerns and the feel that there had also been attempts to gain entry. The interior maintenance was poor, with sliced wallpaper, mismatched patches, and furniture...

'Staff was absolutely awesome!!! I made the reservation, then realized I would be extremely late. I called to let them know and they accomodated me so well checked me in prior to midnight then confirmed my ID when I arrived just before 3 A.M., in fact made me feel so welcome it was a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotels that have stated they can't even let me stay when I check in after midnight! Room was excellent...not sure if it was intentional but lights were on when I opened...
