'Prima hotel al zou ik nooit meer deze keten kiezen. Naast alle andere hotels die wij kozen was deze de mindere. Het personeel was kortaf en niet spontaan. Valt meteen op in het overdreven vriendelijke Amerika. '

'Het is een gewoon, goed hotel. Niet spectaculair, niet heel speciaal, gewoon Amerikaans goed. Mijn kamer had 2 queensize bedden, en alles was in orde. Spijtig van het vloertapijt en het bad dat ook als douche dient. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'Overall good stay for the price. Staff was nice, clean, breakfast was small but had good choices. Building and room were a little outdated but overall nothing major to complain about. Worst part I would say is that it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. Not a whole lot around the area.'

'The hotel appears very nice and our first night was just fine even though our kids didn’t use the pool or slide that night. The second night was a zoo. The hotel claims you need wrist bands to be in the pool area and only so many to a room. A basketball team had a few members staying at the hotel which turned into their entire team and extended family being in the pool they were not paying for. My neck and back are fused from injuries in the service and I park in handicap because of it. I do...

'Staff was absolutely awesome!!! I made the reservation, then realized I would be extremely late. I called to let them know and they accomodated me so well checked me in prior to midnight then confirmed my ID when I arrived just before 3 A.M., in fact made me feel so welcome it was a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotels that have stated they can't even let me stay when I check in after midnight! Room was excellent...not sure if it was intentional but lights were on when I opened...

'It was weird having tile instead of carpet in the room, but otherwise the suite was quite spacious. I had a four chair round table and a desk to work on. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was roomy'

'We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...
