'We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. 'First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating...
