The property is located in a quiet, scenic area of Elliston, VA, offering a peaceful retreat while still being within driving distance of nearby colleges, towns, and outdoor attractions. It is approximately 20 to 25 minutes from Radford University, around 30 to 35 minutes from Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg, and about 35 to 45 minutes from Claytor Lake State Park. Claytor Lake is a popular destination for swimming, boating, hiking, and lake activities. The property is also convenient to Christiansburg and the New River Valley area.

Garden Suite offers a cozy and private setup on a shared property with Estate House. The home has a separate private entrance on the side of the smaller home. Upstairs, guests will find the main bedroom with a king bed. Downstairs, there is a comfortable living area with a queen pullout couch, smart TV, and a 6-person dining table. The home sleeps up to 4 guests total. Guests can also enjoy Starlink internet, a coffee pot, and Keurig. This is a great option for a small family, couple, or guests needing extra space while staying near the main Estate House.

A personal vehicle is recommended for this property. The home is located in a quiet area of Elliston, so public transportation is limited and guests will need to drive to reach nearby towns, restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions.

Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport is the closest major airport option for most guests. Rental cars, Uber/Lyft, and local taxi options may be available, but availability can vary, so guests are encouraged to plan transportation ahead of time. The property is within driving distance of Radford, Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Virginia Tech, and Claytor Lake State Park.

Garden Suite is a shared property with Estate House. Guests have a separate private entrance on the side of the smaller home and should use the smart lock at the entry door. There is a Ring camera at the entry door.

House rules: No pets. No parties. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be courteous of neighbors and keep noise levels low. Do not run the AC with doors or windows open. Please lock all windows and doors at checkout.

Cleaner storage is located in the main house. Backup pillows and blankets are in the upstairs closet.
