This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of our control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 to 15 minute drive.

We are thrilled to offer "Rockin' River",a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath cabin that can sleep up to 10 guests! This cabin is right on Mountaintown Creek which is well known to serious trout fishermen as one of the best trout streams in North Georgia. The rushing waters of this stream provide a sense of tranquility to many who come here. Whether you've come to try your hand at a little fly fishing or you're just here to relax and take in the beauty of this area, Rockin River won't disappoint.

Inside this cabin you'll find all the comforts of home and more! Beautiful and cozy leather reclining furniture in the great room provides the perfect place to unwind and enjoy easy conversations or watch a great movie with friends and/or family. The gas fireplace creates ambiance and warmth on a cool winters evening. The fully equipped kitchen allows plenty of space to create some great meals and the large dining table along with breakfast bar provides plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together.

The spacious loft is a great place to slip away with a good book. The king master is located on the main level and has it's own private screened in covered porch overlooking the river, a great place to enjoy that first cup of morning coffee. There is also a large full bath with garden tub and walk in shower on the main level.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms, both queens, and one has it's own private covered balcony overlooking the river. A full bath with tub/shower combo also resides on this level.

Downstairs you'll find a bunk room with 4 twins, a full bath with walk in shower and the 5th bedroom which has a Queen size bed. Fire up the fire pit at dusk and roast some marshmallows, maybe tell some ghost stories with the kids or seeing who can find the first shooting star of the evening.

So get "rockin" now and make some some memories that will last a lifetime at "Rockin' River"!

Upper level offers a large covered and uncovered porch. Please note, the outdoor fireplace on upper deck is not in working order at this time and cannot be used.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

15% lodging tax added to all reservations

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days. Exception - for reservations that are last minute and are already within a week of arrival. You may need to check your spam folder. If you can't locate the email, please reach out to us.
