Please contact us through the app and we will be quick to respond!
-Pets: please keep your dogs leashed while on the yard as it’s HOA rules.
-No smoking.
-Please do not put food in the kitchen sink.
-Robes: Cozy up in our provided robes, but please do not take with you when you leave.
-Water filtration: Please do not touch water filtration system located in laundry room.
-Grill: Please turn off immediately after use.
-Cleanliness: Please treat this like your own home! We ask that all dishes be loaded into the dishwasher and trash bagged and taken out to the bear can upon check-out.
-Checkout time: Guests must check out at 10 am so we can prepare for the next guests. Late fees will be charged past 10:30.
-Locking up: Please lock the house whenever you leave by using the door code sent to you in your reservation.
-Backyard Safety: This is a cabin in the mountains. As you explore the backyard, please be careful walking and be aware of wildlife such as bear and deer.

-Sauna: Guests use as their own risk
Pregnant women should not use.
Children must be supervised
Limit sessions to 15 minutes
Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after use
No food inside
Exit sauna if you feel dizzy
Wear a towel at all times
No soaps or scented oils
Ensure that the heater is turned off once you exit
