'We had 3 adults in this cute cottage. It was big enough for us. The bedroom layout was nice separating the 2 rooms. We loved being able to walk to see the ocean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Nice heads up on the parking spot for 38. '

'Matt was a wonderful host and my family comfortably enjoyed our stay in his condo in Vineyard Haven. The community pool was a huge plus for my children, who had a constant source of entertainment. Downtown was a short walk away and there were many things to do. It was a great jumping off point to explore the whole island. '

'Sweet home is comfortable and clean and has all that you need. We stayed for a week and took advantage of the lake with kayaking and paddle boards. The bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bathroom. Kitchen has gas stove and lots enough room to cook and eat. Loved sitting in the chair listening to the Bose in the morning drinking coffee and watching the humming birds. Overall, had a wonderful stay. 'You can not beat this location. You wake each day to the most beautiful sunrises and can walk to everything. It's the perfect space for a small family or group of 4. The balconies were a lovely way to enjoy the views and excellent people watching. The host is gracious and responsive. Summer breeze made no AC not an issue on most days. All of the neighbors are friendly and while you don't need a car, parking is available if needed. We rented a car for a day to see the entire island and it was...

'Nice unit and location convenient to the golf course and other locations in Mashpee and the amenities at New Seabury. Only comment is there was a leash hanging and a slight odor of a dog. One of our guests was allergic to dogs and had to take his inhaler several times and we thought it was in reaction to their being a dog in that unit regularly. But other than that, we enjoyed the stay and it was a nice spot.'

'The owner never communicated with us or VRBO…we had driven from our home to our “vacation home” and did not receive access from the owner. Being it was week of Fourth of July there were no other rental options. Stuck! Do not book this venue! Big big scam!'
