'Rooms need a good scrub. Bed are pretty rough but it’s à La Quinta so maybe my expectations were off a bit. The outside of the building was nice. The rooms, not so much. I’d probably look elsewhere in the future.'

'Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

'I love the hospitality of the staff. They were so kind, especially to my small children. Ash was the woman who helped me check in and she made a special birthday card for my child. It was a lovely surprise and so sweet. Everyone was so friendly. The gentleman at the bar was very kind as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. I would definitely stay again in the future. '

'So... No where was it mentioned that this property was undergoing construction. Front lobby closed. Equipment in the parking lot. "Gift Shop" closed, or nearly diminished anyway, besides a few items in a cooler next to where you currently check in. The pool itself was okay, but the floor did not seem clean, and the panels in the ceiling were removed and/or out of place. The front desk was okay... But not great. I had to ask where to go to get to our room, and where the property amenities were...
