'Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again'

'The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails.'

'There was a terrible set of instructions on how to get to the property with 3 addresses none of which were accurate. When we finally opened the door there is an “aroma de drains”. There was no coffee machine, toilet paper refuse sacks or wine glasses. The toaster tripped the main fuse. The pool is closed until mid June. The apartment is opposite the pool and garden maintenance area, so plenty noise. On the plus side? Fabulous location Excellent bus routes to town and Cadiz Good restaurants...

'This apartment is very nice, perfectly located, and better than advertised. We recommend parking in the underground garage across the main road along the coast. It's very close and much easier than looking for on street parking as (like most European cities) the streets are narrow and crowded. The host is very pleasant and responsive. 'The Appartment was first class. It was well equipped and very comfortable. It's a couple of kilometres outside of the main town and beaches of Conil but it was perfect for us wanting to be a bit distanced from the humdrum of the holiday resort. Veronika was the perfect host and was always available when we required info or assistance'

'El apartamento es muy cómodo: 2 hab amplias y 2 cuartos de baño, A.A. centralizado y una terraza enorme con un toldo; aparte de la piscina de agua salada y una plaza de aparcamiento subterránea. Está a 700 m de la playa (8 min) si te vas por el camino entre los hoteles, y a 10 min de la zona de bares del pueblo, andando por supuesto. Totalmente recomendable si quieres disfrutar de unos días en la playa de Conil.'

'Everything went well with the stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Directions through Whatsapp and google maps spot on. The location superb, the property was clean and as described. With the management available for help if needed. The rest was down to Cadiz. Which for many Britons is an unknown gem. It's just a great place to stay.'

'The apt is huge, comfortable, in a perfect location. All advertising is correct. Big problem was electronic door locking system; requires powerful cell phone to connect with router in building, failed us three times and we had to be very creative to get in. The property manager comment that we just need to be patient is offensive. Canadian cell phones do not work in Spain and we cannot call for help.
