'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. 'I think that I was grossly over charged for $600.99 for two nights. Looking at the other few guests, they did not pay more than $150.09 per night. The breakfast was a joke. A lovely old hotel but the staff was surely not fitting with the decor. Tattoos Hippy like attitude come on are the Communists taking over culture next to Musik Hall. Surely they have Good luck and good night.'

'The location and property were awesome! 4 dudes in a one bathroom wasn't the greatest but made it work. We parked at the parking garage around the corner the entire time we were there, and walked around everywhere. Cincinnati has a tram and bus that come around frequently, you can get around easily. Loved the property, very generous and had everything. It does however have stairs and I would say not handicap accessible.'

'The location is great. The breakfast and breakfast staff are fantastic! The balcony is mostly inaccessible and a big disappointment. When you are booking they do not make it clear that there are a lot of disclaimers and restrictions with regard to accessing the balcony. The pictures of the balcony and its view were a big reason why I paid extra for this hotel. But because of the limited hours it is open to visitors, I never got to even use it. 'The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'Good clean room and location great for a day at the ballpark'

'The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!'
