« Loved that the room was right on beach access boardwalk and beside the main Beach Club and pools. Parking area was super tight and not large car friendly. Room was clean and everything was in working order. 1 tiny issue and the owner and resort were quick to respond and address. Unit does need some updating but was functional for the two of us and had enough room and storage for us two as well. The room could have been a bit better stocked is really my only comment. No pot holders for oven...

« Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, I’d visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!! »

« Conveniently located out near the beach. Drive into Charleston was quick and easy. Enjoyed watching the tides come and go on the marsh. Inside was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Would stay again! »

« Great place in an awesome location right in the beach. Walk to great restaurants and the pier.As advertised.I will say no elevator and 3rd floor with suitcases and groceries and dogs was a killer on our old knees! »

« Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back . »

There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. « The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. I...
