Comfortable Bedrooms: The primary bedroom is located to the back of the building, making it quiet and private. The bathroom is en-suite to the primary bedroom. The second bedroom is built into the living area.

Guest Access:

Guests check in on their own with a self-check-in system from 4pm and will have access to the entire apartment using a unique door code sent 48 hours prior to arrival.

The apartment is located on the first floor with stairs up to the apartment and no lift access.

We have a limited amount of parking spaces available. Please get in touch to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note parking is an additional charge.



For bus travellers, numerous Lothian Bus routes run along Princes Street and George Street, both a few minutes away, connecting Albyn Place with neighbourhoods across Edinburgh. The Edinburgh Trams system also has stops nearby, the nearest being St Andrews Square stop, providing a direct route to Edinburgh Airport in about 30 minutes.



The nearest train station is Edinburgh Waverley Station, located about a 15 minute walk away.
