The Space:

The first floor is open plan: a well-equipped kitchen (gas range, ready for real meal prep), dining, and living areas with views from every room. Three bedrooms with plush bedding; the living area's fireplace anchors evenings in. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a washer and dryer keep everything easy.



Guest Access:

Full access to the entire 1,800 sq ft townhouse, with the great room and kitchen comfortably hosting gatherings of up to 8 and the private hot tub steps away. The Peaks location looks out over the valley toward the resorts.



The Neighborhood:

The Peaks neighborhood at Wolf Creek Resort sits above it all — big views, quiet streets, and quick drops into everything Eden offers. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes, Snowbasin about 20, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Nordic Valley is about 10; downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended; the setting is quiet and private. Garage parking is included. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Please take trash out to the street on Sunday nights and run the dishwasher at the end of your stay. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Fully equipped kitchen with the basics, luxury linens, hot tub towels, washer/dryer with detergent, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ski/snowboard storage. Safety: exterior security cameras, smoke and CO alarms, first aid kit. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.
