This is a multi-level property with NO elevator. If I had know this, I would have either chosen a different place to stay or made sure they booked me into a first floor room. Luckily, I was given a room on the 2nd floor very near to the stairway and Leticia was helpful in getting my bags up to the room and out to my car when I checked out.
The power was out for nearly 7 hours - early evening until early morning. It was not until I was checking out that I learned what happened. It was not their fault but something happening outside that took the power out on that whole side of the street. The part that I have issue with is no one answering my phone calls in an attempt to know the problem.
I suggest they invest in a back up generator to keep the refrigerators running.
