'Very nice host. Easy to communicate with. The house was very beautifully remodeled and decorated. It was like walking onto an HGTV set. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. Not sure why it says sleeps 9. We comfortably fit 7 then made a bed on the floor with cushions and brought a pack-n-play for our youngest 2 kids. There were 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a wide couch that we used as a twin bed, maybe it could fold out, but we didn't see a way to do that. Even still it worked out...

We loved the closet full of games, and the nice surprise of extra table space. The kitchen was well stocked, and we absolutely loved saying hi to the horses next door.
