The property is centered around the water. A massive private dock extends into open water, creating an easy setup for boating, swimming, and spending time at the lake throughout the day. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are available for use, allowing you to be on the water within minutes. Near the shoreline, a lakeside fire pit with firewood provided offers a natural place to gather as the day winds down.
Outdoor living continues on the upper deck, where a large covered space is arranged with comfortable seating and outdoor dining positioned to take in wide lake views. This becomes a central part of the home, supporting everything from morning coffee to evening meals overlooking the water. A propane grill is available with fuel provided for easy outdoor cooking.

No Pets allowed inside the house at anytime.
NO CONFETTI inside or outside allowed - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged
NO MOVING FURNITURE - a fee of $200 will charged if found moved at check out.
Sidewalk chalk must be cleaned off driveway, sidewalk, and/or porches before leaving or there`s a fee of $400 for pressure washing all areas with sidewalk chalk
MAX of 10 people allowed at the property at ANYTIME.
No loud outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only in the driveway.
No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway at ANYTIME.
NO parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 10 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking anything in the house.
NO diving off the dock.
NO food down kitchen sink - there is no food disposal in kitchen sink.

We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras and have a noise monitor.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
