'HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like...

'The room and clarity was nice. The big problem was that I got locked out of my room in the morning. The safety lock on the inside somehow locked when I closed the door. A technician had to fix it but he didn’t arrive until 8:00am. This set my trip back by 1 hour. The technician said this happens occasionally. If so why don’t other staff have the tool to open a door that is locked from the inside? '

'The room looked pretty clean from the naked eye, but I always wipe down everything that I'll be using in the room and of course, I found quite a bit of dirt , especially in the air conditioner flats. The bed linen was fresh, and the room had a decent smell. No smoke, no pet oder. I was comfortable, and slept well the night of my stay. I like the fact that it had an extra security flap on the door. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, as the healthy cereal that I that chose for breakfast was...

'The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom. Bathroom trash can had urine splashes on it. It was situated right next to the toilet. The drain in the tub did not work, unable to close it to take a bath, and the drain was dirty. Also, the exhaust fan did not work.'
