Blokhutten in Eastman

'Was sufficient for the one night stay.'

'The photos do not accurately represent this property's condition. We rented this home for a family vacation and were approved for an early 2:30 p.m. check-in.Upon arrival, the outdoor area was in a state of untidy and dirty neglect: dirty and broken patio furniture, a non-functioning grill, two broken pool filters, broken pool ladder, and a large pile of discarded inflatables under the pool deck. The hot tub was brown and murky following a chemical treatment and remained that way through the...

'The cabin was spot on! The location was quiet and peaceful! Enjoyed our stay!'

'Nice and cozy place to stay.'

'Good location, a bit noisier than I expected due to trains during the night and some construction. Close to Yellow River Forest, Effigy Mounds and Pikes Peak State Park. Comfortable furniture and bed. Kitchen area includes microwave and small fridge, no sink. Looked like a nice fireplace which I did not use. Shopping, but few restaurants of note on main street; a couple of bars and one gourmet store. Kwik Star right across the street which was convenient. Host was friendly and accessible.'

'A beautiful, well-kept cabin with plenty of amenities and meticulous surroundings... perfect for a quiet retreat. The owner was prompt in communicating when we had a couple of questions - very kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!'

'The property was clean and had everything my wife and I needed for the weekend. The views are amazing. 10/10. We plan on coming back!'

'My husband and I found ourselves with a couple of childfree days around my birthday and decided we wanted a quiet place to unplug during the day, relax, and watch scary movies at night without fear of waking up little kids. We did a quick search on VRBO and landed on this cabin given its proximity to Minneapolis (not too far away, not too close) along what we assumed would be a nice, scenic drive. First, let’s talk about the location. Despite living 3.5 hours away for the last 20 years, I...
