'This was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The fresh milk bottle was very nice touch. The room was extremely clean with attention to all the small details. The area is very quiet and walkable. I would totally stay there again if I end up planning another trip in the future with highly recommended to my fellow travelers.'

'Perfect spot to spend your stay in Gisborne. Kylia was super helpful without intruding on privacy. The room is really spacious and everything you need including a heat pump that kept the space really warm. We were there in a really cold few days in June so the only downside was the bathroom is in a separate area that is not heated. So bring some slippers if you coming in winter. It wouldn't have put us off staying here. '
