Particuliere vakantiehuizen in Oostkust van Virginia

'Exactly as it looks in the photos, comfortable, clean, generously stocked and thoughtfully curated. We will absolutely stay here again if we drive this route in the future!'

'Clean, bright, cute house! Beds were comfortable and AC was great. Great location in short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host Chip was very quick to send details, check in on trip and offer any help. 5 star house and host! Thank you Chip and family.'

'Checking in to a typical beach house you feel like you have a place to stay for the week, but that’s about it. This is NOT that place. From the second I unlocked the door I felt like I was at home. The decor, the small touches of personalization, the welcome guide, and all the extras made this feel like a home away from home for the week. My kids loved the upstairs loft living room space and bikes in the garage. The adults had plenty of space to relax and really enjoy the vacation. Everyone was...

'As described on VRBO site. Loved the spacious front porch and rockers.'

'We have extremely lovely stay and would highly recommend it. Its extremely close to the downtown area, an easy walk to a bunch of the restaurants and stores. The space was perfect for us and was very kid friendly.Hosts were extremely responsive and even immediately brought over a new baby gate when we let the know that it was missing.Highly recommend Casa Fresa and Cape Charles as perfect family escape.'

'Comfortable house. Great location for fishing at the bottom of the eastern shore...right next to the boat ramp. Lots of space to park vehicles & boats.'

We were worried that we might be able to hear the neighbors between the shared wall but didn’t hear a thing! It was fun to talk to neighbors and people passing by while sitting on the porch. We also didn’t have to worry about parking for the Friday night concert - all we had to do was step out the door! Our furry family member enjoyed many walks in the park...

'We loved our stay. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and our entire family, including the dog look forward to it. Hope to return.'

'Chip is exceptional'

'Great property and location. Loved easy walk to down town and the beach. Spent lots of time on front porch.'

'This property is immaculate, clearly loved by its owners, and very nicely set up for gatherings. The living room has 3 sofas and coffee table in an open plan with a large dining table on the other side. The kitchen is furnished with an abundance of stylish dishes and plenty of silverware and cookware. There is a large island between the kitchen and dining room for storage and food preparation. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. My family especially appreciated the upper level that...
