Little Meads House - charming cottage close to seafront

Little Meads House is set in the heart of Eastbourne's sought-after Meads village area.

You've no shortage of good food within a few minutes walk. Ren's cafe is hugely popular for breakfasts, lunches and cakes. The Pilot Inn offers some of the best pub grub in Eastbourne. Or if you fancy eating in but without the hassle, the Cook shop for quality, home-made style ready meals.

The seafront is an easy stroll and you're close to the stunning South Downs - outdoor lovers are spoiled for choice.

This sweet holiday cottage has been beautifully renovated to provide a home-from-home.

The ground floor boasts a great living space - running the whole depth of the house from the front to the back.

In the front area is the cosy lounge, ideal for relaxing in front of the smart TV on one of the two sofas or the striking green armchair.

The rear of the room has the dining space - plus a door leading out into your private patio garden, where a small table and chair beckon when the sun shines.

A separate kitchen is well equipped for self catering, with a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine - plus the crockery and utensils you need.

Upstairs you'll find a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin (with two single beds) and there is another bathroom with a bath with shower over.

All bed linen is provided and regular towels (pack your beach towels). WiFi is also included.
