'We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea.'

'This was a very lovey place for a stay vacation cottage was very clean and well equip with everything we needs even tennis rackets it was quite and peaceful Beatiful park and very close to town and beach would definitely stay there again'

'We had the most wonderful weekend at this lovely place. The cottage has everything you need with lovely outdoor areas to relax and watch the wildlife. Chris and Erick were great hosts who were very welcoming. Chocolate cake,fruit bowl,biscuits and milk were a lovely touch as an arrival package. What can i say about the grounds STUNNING! The pool and jacuzzi was perfect after a long day treading around historical sites for our little girl. Super relaxing stay. We will be back.'

'We spent 3 nights in this lovely cottage within the country Park, the cottage is incredibly well equipped in the kitchen , the views are amazing, all the way along the coast, Pett levels, Rye, Camber sands, Dungeness and in one particularly clear night France! Karen responded to queries immediately and was an excellent host. I certainly recommend this cottage.'

'We spent two very pleasant weeks in this atmospheric holiday home. We immediately felt at home. It was very pleasant to talk to Janet and Grant, they were always ready with interesting suggestions tailored to our needs. We enjoyed our walks in their beautiful garden. There is much to see in the area, especially for those who enjoy gardens and historic buildings, but there are also plenty of quiet and easy walks that almost literally start from their garden. Highly recommended!'

'Das Ferienhaus steht mitten im Farmgelände, so dass man ein bisschen ins Farmleben integriert ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich mit schönem Außenbereich, der Besitzer und Familienmitglieder sehr nett. Die Farm liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Wadhurst, es ist sehr ruhig.'

'Hi Sue, Thnx for the lovely stay at your house in Hastings. The house was cosy and well equiped. The beds and showers are great. And Hastings is a nice place to visit. About 10 minutes walk to the city center downhill. So a good exercitie on the way back. ;-) Communication about everything was very good! Sue is a great host. Grtz. from a dutch family!'

'Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. Beautiful sussex countryside.'

'The house is great, with lots of space and very flexible in use. The owners are obviously upgrading which is great to see and will be even better when this is finished.'

'We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. '

'Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, erg behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd. Prachtige ligging, vlakbij strand en centrum. Parkeren kon in het weekend gratis in de buurt. We komen graag terug!!'
