'Great price for the stay'

'Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool. '

'Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.'

'We stayed in room 403 from Friday, June 26th through Monday, June 29th. I booked the room very easily from the Expedia site. My family stayed at The USA Inn & Suites many years ago and thought...why, not? The room had a terrible smell when we first walked in. We thought it came from the air conditioner unit. That was turned off and the windows opened. The floors were like beer was spilled on them. Very sticky. We kept our shoes on the entire time. Even when walking to the bathroom. ...

'This was such a nice property! It is located in a quiet area of town and was just so peaceful to be able to walk across the road to the water or sit in any of the provided chairs at the front of the property to enjoy the sights and sounds of the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful to give recommendations for food and activities.'

'Amber was amazing. We came in after hours and she had our room opened for us. She is super friendly and communicated with us throughout our travels making sure we were ok and understanding the check in process. The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. We will be returning'

'Ruime kamer, mooie badkamer. Schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima. ‘S avonds Kun je nog thee en koffie krijgen. Niet in de buurt van grote stad, maar voor doorreis is het prima.'

'Okay place to stay for 1 night - no toilet paper and lots of hair in bathroom could mean better focus on cleaning or just a case of bad luck. Beds could do with replacement. Friendly owners. Good location to explore several nice places in the area.'

'The room was clean, the beds were good, and the property was safe. However breakfast consisted of apples and bananas that were out 24/7 and milk, orange juice. So don't go for the breakfast.'

'Fantastic stay with two dogs. Room was super clean, amenities were great for the dogs and in a great location to explore the area. Staff were warm and friendly and very helpful.'

'Pros - staff - distance to the pier Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a. - to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke. - could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed) - yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location. I wouldn’t stay there again.'
