From ants, to random pills on the carpet, stains and hair in the sheets, moldy smell, trash and dog feces all around the property, very dusty baseboards & doors, the microwave literally had stuck on food and grease inside and out! 'Overall, great, clean property in a nice central location. However, we found the house was missing major kitchen accommodations: kitchen linens, butter knives, and baking pans. Also, the downstairs bathroom had no bath mats and the tile was extremely slippery when showering. We would stay here again knowing we would have to plan accordingly and bring extra supplies from home.'

'It’s great place, in a great location. Reason I gave 3 stars because the room with queen size bed are very small, one of the room didn't have any closet. Another reason is first floor is only one room which game room, with laundry closet and bathroom. Everything else is in 2nd level where there is stairs to claim up the stairs. 'Rough property, clean but there were faulty switches, water damage and floor damage. Lots of drywall patches, just generally deferred maintenance in several spots but owner stated he would attend to these after our departure. '
