« What a perfect spot! The room is spacious and comfortably furnished. My husband and I enjoyed the snacks and coffee. Being on a working farm added a fun element without being too noisy. We only heard the goats as we left in the morning. The host communicated in a timely fashion and offered to replenish breakfast. Their directions were detailed and accurate. »

« My mother and I had the best stay at Heathwood Inn when we visited Bar Harbor this summer. The staff is amazingly nice and they even prepared for my last breakfast the famous pumpkin waffles I had seen in the comments and nicely asked for - if possible (they are so delicious). It is also very easy to move around the island as one of the island buses can stop right in front of the Inn, allowing you to explore Acadia without a car and struggling to find parking. Yass! »

« The house and the staff were amazing! The home was beautiful and in a great location regarding park access. The staff was so very accommodating, and even let me check in a little early. If you’re considering staying in an inn, remember that the walls are thinner than a regular hotel. You’re basically sharing a home with others, depending on how many rooms are in the house. Overall, great stay and I would definitely recommend and go back myself. »

« Très belle maison où nous avons été très bien accueillis
La chambre (n° 8) disposait d'une terrasse couverte ; chaque voiture a son emplacement et nous sommes informés par mail avant notre arrivée de l'endroit où il faut se garer.
Tout a été fait pour faciliter notre séjour : prêt de DVD, de GPS, brochures etc...
Petit déjeuner excellent et gâteaux servis l'après midi
tout était très bien y compris l'emplacement tout près du centre de Bar Harbor (5 mn à pied) »
