'A wonderful home in a fabulous setting. The home has spacious & well laid out with a variety of beautiful outdoor spaces. Comfortable, with sufficient spaces inside and out; everyone had space to enjoy the property. We stayed for a week and never tired of the outdoor views. Convenient to great shopping and excellent beaches.'

'The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

'Loved this property! Would definitely stay here again. Some of our group ran the Falmouth half marathon so the hot tub was a great amenity, along with the firepit. Rooms were clean and kitchen was well stocked. Thanks Jon! '

'This retreat was clean, nicely decorated and the layout was spacious and open. The views of the water, woods, and wildlife were peaceful and relaxing, we especially enjoyed them from the patio deck and while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The host was communicative and accommodating to our needs.'

'The management agent/host was very responsive. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. The house was old. We knew that going in. We expected that it would at least be reasonable maintained. It wasn’t. Not even close. There were so many things wrong with this home. The oven stopped working. Stove only partial worked. Many of the kitchen floor tiles were cracked. Dishwasher not secured. Casement windows couldn’t be opened as mechanism was stripped. Main kitchen was poorly lacking...
