« Overall the stay was decent especially.when I figured out how to work the blackout curtains. The breakfast was good with the exception of the person preparing the food. They ran out of waffle batter and instead of happily saying that we are out and offering an apology, she reverted to saying there is no more in a very unservice tone while guest were still in the line. Most of the workers that I came in contact with were very helpful and nice. I would still stay at this property gain because...

« While the room was clean, the stairwell to the 2nd floor smelled like the back end of a barn. The lady at the desk when I checked in was nice, but when I was checking out, I stood at the counter for several minutes (alone) before someone helped me. It was a good visit for the price, but I wasn't "wowed." »

« J’avais pris cette hôtel en passant que l’endroit était propre et sécuritaire… à mon arrivée l’horreur … junkies a l’avant, pendant que j’attendais l’enregistrement un homme est entré avec une prostituée … par la suite la chambre des l’ouverture de la porte des blattes … Nous avons demandé un remboursement ce qui a été refusé en affirmant que c’était expédia qu’il allait le faire … j’attends un retour d’eux puisqu’on me dit que c’est l’hôtel qui rembourse. « Every time I stay there the rooms are spotless I've never had an issue, and when I have had an issue it was addressed immediately taking care of immediately and I was completely satisfied. Both Crystal who always works a front desk every time I'm there, and Alex the owner are both very nice and wonderful people »
