'The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.'

'Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!'

'Our room came with a full kitchen. Location was 15 mins of everywhere. Close access to food, OSU, Easton center etc. hotel had a laundry and a small gym and was pet friendly. It had an odor in the room (like a musty smell) The bed was uncomfortable and noisy.'

'One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining...

'Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened.'

'The night front desk clerk was not friendly. The hallways and elevator were very hot. The room was dusty. Most of the workers looked disheveled and avoided eye contact. The day front desk clerk was clean,, helpful and smiled. The breakfast was good.'
