'Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended.'

'One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining...

'Beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. When we went to check out we got attitude from the clerk saying we weren’t allowed to park and stay when we already paid to do so. She was very rude. Will choose another hotel next time. Very disappointed for a Hilton.'

'Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I did find quite a bit of hair around my room, and the toilet ran all night because the chain had popped off. Easy fix once I realized what it was, but I did notice where the chain goes was fully rusted out. Breakfast was just okay, but I appreciate it being part of the stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and will definitely be back.'

'It gets the job done. Since we were there for sleeping and showering it was sufficient. The location is a bit awkward given the entrance that your gps will find is closed. After some circles we found our way.'
