I am a repeat guest and have always had positive experiences at this hotel, which made this stay particularly disappointing. The room showed clear signs of unresolved water damage, including visible ceiling stains, loud water dripping from above, and water actively dripping from the ceiling while I was showering. These conditions were uncomfortable and concerning.
The room was also not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was residue on surfaces, debris on the floor, and hair left in the bathtub. Additionally, ants were present in the room and around the bed, resulting in bites to both me and my fiancé, which has never occurred during my previous stays.
I reported these issues to the front desk during my stay and again at checkout. While staff were apologetic and explained the room had been affected by a past flood, no alternate room was available. I was also told I would receive follow-up communication, which never occurred.
This experience fell well below the standard I have consistently received here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the maintenance, cleanliness, and pest control issues moving forward.
