« We stayed at the cabins during a horseshow at the Virginia Hose Center. The cabins were very conveniently located to the horse center, and very clean and spacious. A great alternative to the hotels! »

« Squirrel's Nest is an absolutely charming cottage in a quaint town. Great location & perfect for our needs. We only stayed a weekend, to attend the Sounds of the Mountains storytelling festival at nearby Camp Bethel. We hope to go back when we can stay longer, to see more of the town & surrounding area. »

« Absolutely perfect stay. Everything is exactly as pictured. The bed is so comfortable, the shower and tub are divine. The creek is cool and refreshing. Bring firewood and charcoal, paper plates if you don't want a lot of dishes. Bring a good book and enjoy the view from the front porch. Lay under the stars. Relax. You are completely disconnected no service at all. »

« We had a lovely stay at the “Writer’s Cabin!” It is small but so cozy and perfect for two. We had rain at first but when the skies cleared we went for a walk and explored the Chessie Trail. A lovely walk along the river. Hosts are very gracious. Easy check in and check out. »

« Loved the location, privacy, and quiet surroundings. Everything was great, and the water was just like any other Sulphur water. It has a smell, but it works! Plus, there was a full bottle of water in the water cooler when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting down by the water and watching the ducks float by. We communicated both with Evolve, and with the local contact, and everyone was helpful and quick to reply. Would not hesitate to stay again! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this cabin in the woods! Plenty close to all Natural Bridge attractions and not far from Lexington either! My husband and I and two kids (6 and 3) loved this area and the scenery and fresh air I it here. Sun room and sound of the brook was very peaceful. « We were there for a wedding in Lexington. My extended family stayed here and we had a great time. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the land and river. The older cousins enjoyed the firepit at night making smores. The bathrooms were are great surprise in that the shower head were nice and high.
