'We had a great 7 day stay at this house in August. Plenty of room for us ( 4 adults and 2 kids)and pool was wonderful. The hosts were great too! We would stay again.'

'Lovely little house, VERY conveniently located in Ashland. Beds are comfy and the communication was great. It is a very old house, so expect original wood floors. steep stairs, and small but very functional bathrooms. We'd stay there again! Great for our family -'

'My family of 5 adults very much enjoyed our stay. The house has 3 bedrooms, and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities. It was easy to communicate with the owner (we couldn't initially find all of the towels). The best part is the location. It is a short walk to the theaters, restaurants and the superb grocery shopping at the food coop. It met all of our needs. Thank you!'

'Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again.'

'Home on the Rogue was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, has a beautiful view of the Rogue river, and feels like a cozy home. Absolutely charming location next to the Rogue River. The only drawback, as some people mentioned, was the noise from the highway, which is just yards away from the bedroom windows. If you're a heavy sleeper, then this home is perfect for you! If you're a light sleeper like us, you might find sleep challenging here.'

'This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at 2nd street cottages. The cottage was immaculate and ready for us to move right in. It is convenient to the Shakespeare plays and sugar is very easy to work with. I highly recommend this the second street cottages .Susan Urquhart-Brown'

'Perfection, as always. We are repeat visitors because Sugar has created a perfect base for exploring all things Ashland. The beds are sleep magnets. The kitchen fully outfitted. The porch divine at all times of the day and evening. A “bonus” this year was the family or deer — a doe with two babies — who regularly patrolled the neighborhood stopping traffic and gladdening hearts. '
