'Aangenaam hotel, met niet al te grote, maar wel fijne kamers. De bij het hotel horende pub is gezellig en het restaurant is best redelijk en vooral druk bezocht (reserveren!).'

'The rooms were spotless. First night Room 1 - The shower couldnt be used as the thermostat was not working and only scalding hot water was output. I was moved to another room for the 2nd night. First night I was on the 3rd floor and found the steps to my room were too steep for me to negotiate. It was unpleasant. 2nd room I was on 1st Floor. Molly? housekeeping staff was very friendly, and I appreciated her assistance.'

'Beautiful location halfway between Portree and Uig, perfect for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. The premises are spotless and in excellent condition. The hosts were very accommodating and personable. Breakfast was delicious. Note: if you do not have a car, transportation could be tricky. Nearest restaurants are 20 minutes away by vehicle. Would stay again. Highly recommend Loch Eyre House!'

'The cottage was just a pictured - quaint, well appointed, cozy, and quite. Our hostess was very pleasant, providing us a warm welcome and suggestions for dining and visits. We wanted to be a bit out of the way as we visited the Isle of Skye and this location/cottage checked all boxes. 'This sweet gem was the accommodation highlight of our 3 week vacation in Scotland. Loved the location, a nice quiet area with a quick run into Portree for supplies.
