You'll enjoy your stay in this beautiful, modern and comfortable 80 m2 apartment.

It's located on the first floor of the private house at excellent location.

Apartment is located just 1 min walking to the beach with the crystal clear sea.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilet, kitchen, balcony, terrace and 100 m2 shaded patio with table and chairs, shared with our second apartment.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Apartment has a washing machine too.

Each bathroom has a hair dryer.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

We provide you free parking for three cars in the yard of the apartment.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

***** Apartment rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony and outside the house.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal apartment behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to neighbors.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


***** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.

Garden, outside fireplace and gym with sauna are shared with guests of our other apartment.


***** The neighbourhood:

Dugi Rat is a lovely town located on the Adriatic coast, near the town Omis.

It has a beautiful beach, and is also close to the other tourist pearls such as Split, Trogir and Makarska.

It is an ideal place for people who wish to spend their vacation in peace and quiet, but still close to buzzing tourist centers.



***** Getting around:

You can get to us by car.

Bus station is just 20m away from the apartment.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange you transport from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport.

If you need anything we're here to help.

Otherwise, you won't be disturbed.

We respond to all questions as soon as possible.

We love to help guests feel like being at home, so feel free to ask us about anything!

Everything will be provided on spot, including towels, linen, internet password etc.
