« Payton’s place is a beautiful home. The views are gorgeous. Loved swimming at the dock. We enjoyed our vacation overall. We wouldn’t rebook this property though and I’ll tell you why (Vacasa Rental) 1. Found a Depends diaper in the lower level by the couch upon check-in. 2. Kayak on the dock not mentioned, messaged Vacasa about use, not helpful, just stated not in agreement. Would have been fun to use, but should be more clearly listed if it’s sitting right there. 3. « We had a great stay at Nauti Pines!! Great location, super close to Twin Cove Marina as well as grocery and other stores and restaurants. The house itself is exactly as described and the deck area is amazing. We had many morning and evening swims. We had 6 adults, 4 teens, one pre teen. This house was more than accommodating for us. « Everything about this home was perfect for our group of parents & adult kids! Very clean & beautiful home. The layout of the house allowed us to play games around the kitchen together & gather, but offered plenty of spaces for privacy. We enjoyed grilling outside, we love to cook, so the we really appreciated all the cooking utensils and gadgets. Booking, Directions & communication was excellent. It was nice to see Deerfield Resort-everyone we met was very friendly. Fun on the lake-swimming...

« Everything was exactly as described. The home is beautiful and appears newly updated. It was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and other areas. The concrete walkway to the lake is very nice and really not too steep. The fire pit area was nice and relaxing in the evening. The dock was perfect! We rented a pontoon from a nearby marina and kept it at the dock with no problems. We swam from the dock area and had a blast. Overall, the house was amazing and I would recommend ...

« We had a wondrrful family vacation. The house is very nice and beautiful. Our favorite place to hang out was the spacious deck on the first floor. The water pressure in the bathroom showers were slow and the only other issue we had was the location of the dock was a little deceiving. Overall it was a great vacation! . »

« This is by far my favorite vacay yet. We will definitely be back. I definitely over packed. Not knowing what exactly I would need. But there's plenty of kitchen stuff. Dishes. Cookware. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. The view is amazing. The house is amazing. I do need to add that there no jetted tub. It has been updateupgraded to a beautiful walk-in shower.
