This area and this cabin are absolutely great getaways. The host, Cristian was super friendly and professional and made it a super smooth process. 'Great cabin with plenty of room close to blue ridge. Everything you need for a nice stay in Blueridge. Quite dead end road which made sitting by the fire at night ideal. Listing said there was no dishwasher but there was one which was a nice surprise. To access the basement with the 3rd headroom you have to go outside down some deck stairs. Not a huge issue but a little different. '

'Highly recommend Trout Haven. We had 7 in our group and the cabin was perfect. Plenty of family time but also opportunities for privacy or going off in smaller groups. The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed. The river was so relaxing and the sound of it from the porch was wonderful. Communications with the owner were easy and everything went very smoothly. It was our second visit and we hope to go back. '
