« The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. »

« This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. We boated to a nearby reef to snorkel with literally thousands of fish, the water that day was crystal clear. This will be our go to home for future stays. As...

« This house was perfect for our family of 12!! 5 bedrooms inside with house with a 6th in an apartment style. The home is on an inlet right off the ocean. The home was fully stocked with tons of towels, pans, dishes, everything you need. You just need to buy the food. We WILL be back! This is one of our favorites so far! »
