'The hosts were extremely kind , communication was excellent, they responded promptly to all of our question or needs. The condo is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. From the balcony a perfect view of the ocean. We highly recommend this condo.'

'Great location on the beach and also has a pool. The Condo is very nice and clean. End unit with view of the ocean from the balcony. Owners are responsive and even offered an early check in that we didn't get to take advantage of but was nice of them. I would recommend 10/10. We will definitely come back and look forward to getting to do or see everything we couldn't our first trip.'

'This was a perfect place with three teenage kids and a Golden! The Sound offered water play and Sunsets like we’ve never seen before. The closed in sun porch quickly became a reading room. My husband and I enjoyed the running/ waking part across the street. Our three teenage kids were very comfortable with the space. As were my husband and I.'

'This was a fantastic two bedroom condo in Duck. The property was very clean and beautifully appointed, making it feel like home from the moment you step in. With its close proximity to shops and restaurants, we found ourselves walking to everything; we basically parked when we checked in and didn't move the car again until we left. 'The photos are accurate. The place is cute and the view is fantastic. That being said, there are some things that need addressed. Count on absolutely nothing as far as supplies in the unit. Not even a roll of paper towels. Minimum sheets and bath towels are provided rolled up in saran wrap and you will have to make the bed when you arrive. The bedspread and blankets are old and worn and so is the bed. The TV is very outdated. I provided this feedback to the property management company but did...

'The condo was nice - good furniture and kitchen supplies were more than adequate. I liked the side porch which other condos may not have at Colony by the Sea. The only bummer was internet access. It seems that the access is shared by everyone at the condo development and therefore is not secure. In addition, I had to log in every time I wanted to get on the net, check email. etc. That was a pain. Otherwise great experience.'
