Flats in Dripping Springs

'This property was quite wonderful. I was slightly concerned with the heat of July versus the split A/C in the safari tent, but it worked very well. The pavilion is one of the neatest ideas I've seen in a property, and would very much emulate it were I to have my own. Everything was clean and as-advertised, secluded, and had amazing views for which photos simply can't do justice. I would stay here again and plan on it. Highly recommend.'

'The check in process was greag and easy. The room had bottles left in cabinet over fridge and their was an empty bag of ice left in freezer and garbage disposal does not work '

'Property feels brand new. Great furniture, internet, television and kitchen equipment. Full size frig with a large drawer freezer. Minutes from restaurants, bar and Lakeway Inn. Attentive hosts and off street covered parking. '
